Today’s smoothie recipe uses blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. We also added some soy milk and a splash of vanilla.
Mixed Berry Smoothie Recipe
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- ½ Cup Blackberries
- ½ Cup Raspberries
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- ¾ Cup Soy Milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Stevia (if desired for sweetness)
- Blend everything together. Adjust consistency with more or less soy milk.
You can make this recipe out of fresh or frozen berries. If you are using frozen, place them directly in the blender without thawing.
Adjust the thickness according to your tastes. I used the proportions listed then added some more soymilk to get to the desired consistency.
Pick Your Own Berries
I added some blackberries that we picked at a local farm. They charged an entrance fee plus a very reasonable price per lb for as may berries as you can pick.
